Shivankit TechSolutions builds and sells two products: dviilo and MockRun. Both are ours end to end — written here, sold directly, supported by the people who wrote them.
What we do
Voice AI, and the interview before the job.
The work is speech. dviilo puts an AI agent on a business phone number so that calls get answered when nobody is free to answer them, and MockRun puts the same kind of agent on the other side of a practice interview. Both were built here, from the audio layer up, because the parts that are hard in India — code-switching mid-sentence, patchy lines, real GSM numbers — are the parts that off-the-shelf voice stacks are worst at.
Both products are sold directly — no resellers, no channel, no middle layer between the person paying and the person who built the thing. What the company does with the data that passes through them is set out in the privacy policy rather than summarised loosely here.
How we work
Direct, and accountable for it.
You buy from the company that builds the software. There are no resellers, no channel and no account layer in between, so a bug report reaches someone who can fix it rather than someone who has to forward it.
Contracts, invoices and refunds come from the company, which is GST-registered in New Delhi. What happens to the data that passes through either product is set out in the privacy policy rather than summarised loosely here.
